I recently visited the renowned Joe’s barbecue in Kansas City, voted the best in KC, and actually liked Caney Fork’s flavors better.
The ribs are so good. So is the pulled pork. The barbecue sauce is Excellent. I recently visited the renowned Joe’s barbecue in Kansas City, voted the best in KC, and actually liked Caney Forks flavors better. The ambiance is interesting without being crowded. If you want unusual scenery–think taxidermy and indoor water displays–as well as unusual foods–think gator, then this will be a hit. We really liked our sides too. Fries and mashed potatoes were excellent. This also was a lot cheaper than Joe’s in KC. Great Flavor + Great prices = a Great Experience. – Review from Trip Advisor –

Nashville attracts people from all over the country to its bright lights and concerts. The next time you might find yourself in that neck of the woods, give Caney Fork a try. Gator, elk, and venison sausage are what most people tend to order.
